She was our month of coordinator and our magical day wouldn't have been possible without her. From the second we met her, we knew we had to have her help us on our big day. She always had our best interest in mind and helped turn every idea we had into reality. She responded to every email and text so promptly, and she was my point of contact for everything. She's super knowledgeable, incredibly organized, and always gave us her honest opinion. My entire dream and vision for my wedding was to get married outside. The morning and afternoon of my wedding, there was nonstop rain. My anxiety and stress level was through the roof but Gina was constantly checking in on me, to reassure me that everything would be okay and that she had backup options and plans if it were warranted. Thankfully, the sun peaked out just in time and we were able to have our ceremony and reception outside just as I had hoped for. Gina and her assistant, Madison, continued checking in on my husband and I throughout the night and made sure we were always okay and had everything we wanted/needed. "Where do I even begin?? To put it very simply, choosing Gina Marie Events for full-service planning was hands down the BEST decision I made for our wedding (besides my husband, of course). Gina has just the right talent, experience, organization, and creative vision and I knew she was a perfect match from our very first call. I had a pretty specific picture of what I wanted for our wedding, but needed help bringing it to life and balancing it on top of a full-time job all the way from NYC. Gina went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly as we wanted, (each of her vendor recommendations beyond exceeded my expectations) but she wasn't also afraid to be honest and open about what was feasible (especially when it came to budget) and came up with creative solutions when my initial idea was (in hindsight) completely bonkers. Just when I thought Gina couldn't get any more amazing, then our actual wedding day came. I had been pretty hands on throughout the planning process, but the main reason I made the decision to invest in a wedding planner was so that we (including our wedding guests) could enjoy the day. I was SO calm on our wedding day (too calm if you ask my closest friends and family lol because they know my neurotic tendencies when planning a party) and honestly it was because I knew all the work we had done leading up to this day had prepared us, and that I 100000% trusted Gina to execute the plan plus make any on-the-spot decisions. My husband and I still talk about how PERFECT this day went and we couldn't have done it without Gina & her team. I miss our monthly calls and checklists, Gina let's do it again!!!"

We booked Gina for the 3 months leading up to our wedding, however, Gina was helpful from the first day we booked her 9 months prior. She is beyond knowledgeable, calm and friendly. She recommends wonderful vendors (most who give a discount when you say her name, since they also love working with her) and helps you make decisions from napkin folds to seating suggestions. I am a very organized person myself and had my own wedding binder, however, there are so many additional resources and questions that Gina was able to guide us with. I truly don’t know how anyone has a wedding without Gina. She ensures that all vendors are on top of things and that your day runs smoothly so that you can enjoy the time with your party getting ready and then with your significant other. I wasn’t worried about a single thing the day off, just looking forward to seeing my groom and enjoying the day! Our day was beautiful, ran smoothy and exceeded all our expectations.
